The induction system of the cooker was a bit of a pain to operate. Leaving time a bit early (10 am)

Staff at the hotel were very nice and very accommodating as we arrived early and allowed us to check in. The receptionist were very friendly and recommended nice places to eat and gave us a complimentary upgrade on the room that we booked which was a nice gesture as we were celebrating my husbands bday (not that they knew this!) We will be coming back again.

We couldn't used the swimming pool as they were cleaning it, which is a shame as having a little boy we were looking forward to an afternoon/morning of swimming.... :(

The location is fine; the pool (watched four hours per day) is a good alternative for the beach. The beach is only 900 m away which is fine for adults and older children to walk.

The interior of the room was outdated. The walls very thin, the noise from surrounding rooms being unavoidable. Teenagers returning in the middle of the night, the occasional baby waking up, but especially the kitchen cupboard doors were a pain. Although towels were renewed every other day and the sheets twice a week, the cleanliness was poor. Floors being dramatic (literally a centimeter of dust was under the bed) this was only surpassed by the windows, yuk!
