Ok so the building itself isnt the most beautiful in the world, but the night before I stayed in a four star hotel in Barcelona and this place was a hundred times better! Very clean, big bedroom, comfy bed, very friendly couple who own it, and a fantastic traditional spanish breakfast- I wouldnt even bother to look anywhere else in the future, I would book again without thinking- 5 stars! Even my girlfriend who normally only likes 5 star hotels was impressed, and mentioned how clean the bathroom was!

Hostal Can Bassalis is set in countryside in Massos de Pals, a 5-minute drive from Pals Beach and Pals Golf Course. It features an outdoor pool and garden, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Featuring tiled floors, rooms have air conditioning and heating, a work desk and flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with a bath or shower and toiletries.

A continental breakfast is served at the Can Bassalis guest house. There is also a terrace bar with a TV. A communal kitchen is available for guest use, upon request and for an extra charge.

Warning! The price doesnt include the tax, whereas well included in booking: they will make you pay 10% more of the price, which isnt honest. Also, they dont offer price for a single person. The room and hotel dont correspond to the pictures and description: my room was very sad and cold, yellow- white colored with no style brown mobles, very different from the pictures in booking, with old bed and an old dusty blanket.. I took my sleeping bag to sleep. The swimming pool is very small, I didnt feel the courage to go in. To conclude, it wasnt a good quality/price ratio. I have had quite better in costa brava for exactly same price and breakfast included.

Very clean. Very quiet and tranquil. A huge breakfast. It costs 5€ more but is the biggest, most interesting breakfast I´ve ever had.

The hotel is situated outside of a small village and is perfect when you are travelling by car and do not have to worry about parking. It is also really closo to the sea, five minutes driving. The beaches there are just wonderfull, really beautiful. GThe owners are very friendly and ready to help with everything.
